The factory was facing serious issues with raw steel material being stolen during night shifts. Unauthorized trucks and laborers were entering the factory gate without proper checking, leading to massive financial losses for the owners.
The SAS Solution
We did a full site audit and deployed 12 highly trained active guards. We implemented strict entry-exit register logging for every single person and vehicle. We also synchronized the physical gate checks directly with the digital CCTV room.

During major religious festivals, the temple needed to safely manage massive crowd surges of over 50,000+ devotees. They needed a way to keep entry smooth and safe without disturbing the peaceful, spiritual atmosphere of the temple.
The SAS Solution
We engineered a multi-tier barricade funneling system. We deployed elite crowd-control personnel, trained lady searchers for the female queues, and designed rapid emergency evacuation routes to prevent stampedes.
